An outdoor screen is part of a physical site. Gathering the right information early helps separate display selection from the structural and installation work the project also needs.
Document the location
Provide the destination country, site address, photographs and approximate dimensions. Include exposure to direct sunlight, rain, coastal conditions and any obstructions.
Define the installation
Describe whether the screen is wall-mounted, freestanding, integrated into a façade or temporarily rigged. Structural design, wind loading and installation approval must be assessed by qualified professionals for the actual site.
Plan power and access
Identify the available electrical supply, cable routes, distribution arrangements and maintenance space. Confirm how technicians will safely reach modules, power supplies and control equipment.
Agree on what is included
A useful quotation distinguishes the display from steelwork, electrical installation, controllers, transport, customs, local installation and content production. Confirm responsibilities and exclusions in writing.
