CHECKPOINT 03

High-temperature module burn-in

The catalogue specifies at least 72 hours of high-temperature module burn-in to expose early faults. This is a module procedure, not a blanket duration for every finished-screen test.

Record to request
Request the module burn-in duration, conditions and recorded exceptions for your order.
Agree before production
Temperature, operating pattern, duration and retest criteria.

CHECKPOINT 04

Full-screen correction & testing

The assembled screen undergoes pixel-by-pixel correction and color, grayscale and signal stress testing to review uniformity and display behavior.

Record to request
Request the agreed test images/video and correction or inspection records.
Agree before production
Test setup, model-specific targets and acceptance limits.

CHECKPOINT 05

Review before handover

Compare the selected display format and agree the evidence, installation information and supplied equipment that will accompany the order.

Record to request
Request the configuration-specific document list and handover checklist.
Agree before production
Included accessories, spares, packaging, service scope and responsibilities.
Model-specific documents

Match the document to the display

Ask for the model reference, issuing organization, document scope and destination applicability. A document for a different configuration does not establish the performance of your screen.
