Give product launches, menus and campaigns a dedicated vertical display at the point of attention.
Start with the number of displays, their placement and whether each screen should show separate or synchronized content.
Define who uploads material, how often campaigns change and how content is scheduled across locations.
Application references from the manufacturer catalogue. Discuss the display format and installation requirements for your own setting.

These images show application settings in the supplied catalogue; they are not independently verified MINVEXA customer projects or endorsements by the brands shown.
Choose the installation environment first. Outdoor exposure and direct sunlight require a suitable model; an indoor unit should not be assumed suitable.
Add the number of units and desired playback behavior to the brief. Grouped layouts and synchronization need to be checked for the proposed model and controller.
Prepare portrait content at the native resolution and aspect ratio of the selected display. Confirm supported media formats and the content upload method.
LED posters are generally chosen where brightness and visibility from a distance matter, and some formats can be joined into larger canvases. LCD screens offer finer detail for close viewing. Compare the two at your actual placement and viewing distance.
The main drivers are pixel pitch, total area, cabinet type, brightness and protection requirements, the control system, spare parts and the delivery and installation scope. Compare quotations on the same configuration.
Ask for the display, processing equipment, cables, spares, packaging, delivery terms and documentation to be listed separately, with exclusions such as steelwork, electrical work and local installation stated clearly.
Compare display directions and prepare a clear project brief.
